Our strategy combined with our Craft Beer Team allows us to effectively introduce new craft beers with laser focus, resulting in effective distribution and maximum sales. Historically, we choose our partnerships with craft brewers with great care, selecting only those beers that we feel have the proper support from the brewery in terms of quality products, production levels and marketing. Our Craft Beer Team is lead by a devoted team of specialized Craft managers, sales and marketers with continuous support from the Town & Country On-Premise Account Team, Chain Team and our Event staff.
Since the craft revolution began to spread, Town & Country’s creative and enthusiastic approach to these brands has resulted in broad based success. On average, Town & Country has effectively grown each of its craft brands 10 – 45% per year. With a majority of the market share in our territory and over 1,000 on-premise and 500 off-premise accounts, Town & Country carefully evaluates each of its craft brands through detailed analysis and a proprietary category management process for the proper placement and visibility in accounts.
Our Craft Beer Team prides itself on working closely with each brewer to properly introduce and launch each brand in order to reach benchmarks and expectations that equal or exceed those of the brewer, retailer and the consumer.
