Craft Beer Training
Our entire staff is “Cicerone” Level 1 certified and the Craft Team is certified Level 2. Demonstrating the importance of this category, Town & Country Distributors also recently launched a comprehensive craft and specialty training program for our sales force as well as retail managers, owners, bar tenders and wait staff.
This multi-step program has resulted in our account managers becoming “Craft Beer Experts” With the Craft Beer Team being Craft Beer Certified allows us to deliver a broad based level of knowledge and recognition of craft and specialty beers amongst Town & Country’s retail accounts, and their consumers.
