BrickStone Restaurant & Brewery opened as a small-town brewery in 2006 in Bourbonnais, IL., using a tiny 5 barrel brewing system. By 2008, its hand-crafted microbrews - featuring the finest hops and malts - had gained such popularity that BrickStone expanded to a state-of-the-art Newlands Brewhouse with a capacity of 25 BBL brews. Today, BrickStone is best known for its diverse selection of award-winning craft beers, including its 2012 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal and 2012 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal winning BrickStone APA and 2013 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal winning Belgo-APA.
